I threw a WON TON MEE (WTM) party at my home in Melbourne a couple of weeks ago when the COVID-19 lockdown was eased here in Melbourne. One of my friends came up with the idea to make a deluxe version of WTM since this was our favourite hawker dish from home - this was our final product! WTM with both deep fried and boiled wontons, char siew, choy sum, mushrooms and CRACKLING PORK! I'm drooling just thinking about it :D It was a great evening, to say the least, with many of us going back for doubles (some even went back for thirds).
