I did not use all sugar for batter , I sprayed some on the top before baking and it turned out great!
The squeeze marks from chopsticks HAHHA trying to squeeze the oil out before placing in plates haha
Not this recipe but I loved it
Another fried banana
Hey guys
I made this cake couple times but I failed this time. I wonder why. I just moved to a new area. Is it the ingredients I used matter or the oven..arghhhh I don’t know why lahhh. The biggest differences I think are the pure cane sugar and the eggs from the fridge. What do you think
My oven is not working so I tried using microwave, they turned out great(?). I microwaved for 2 mins, they turned a little golden brown, probably would be better for 1.5mins. DONT PUT 5MINS, THEY BURN
Not sure does it look successful or not..the look is different...I used pork belly
*update: PLS DO RMB TO THROW AWAY THE GREASE OIL, DONT WAIT UNTIL TMR, IF NOT A DISASTER WILL COME!
I used potato starch to replace tapioca starch, all good
May28, 3rd try.
I found that if putting the batter into small ceramic baking bowls, they rose up great!
#multitasker
First try and failed, looks fine but not really..It didn't rise up and when i tried the second time found that it was because i melted the butter when i first doing this. #April22
Where i have failed the first time and tried the second time/ Finally succeeded. #May5
It was made on 5th May.
Any idea why it only raised the upper part?
2nd round cause of high demand. HAHA
the substitute ingredients I used are corn starch/cornflour to replace rice flour and all-purpose flour for wheat flour.
First-round, cause i dont have all ingredients but turned out great!
