First try at Easy Pad Thai! Cldnt eat enough, here’s what left … haha … devoured all the shrimp & taugeh pretty quickly … next time will take pic be4 eating … there was nice chive color on top at the beginning … success … thsnx to Jenny Chen, definitely a keeper but will learn to use less sugar as it’s not so healthy …
