- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 fresh chilli (red)
- 1 curry leaves stalk(s)
- 10 shallot(s)
- ginger
- 2 tomato(es)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 water
- salt
Ingredients 4/5 Crabs cleaned cut in halves. Oil - 2 tbsp Fennel seeds - 1 tsp Pepper corns - 1 tsp crushed to garnish Dry Red chillies - 2 Optional Few Curry leaves Shallots - 10 ( 5 to blend and 5 sliced) Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp Tomatoes - 2 chopped for blending Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Required water Required salt Chopped Coriander leaves for garnish Blend Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Pepper corns - 2 tsp Garlic pods - 5 Few curry leaves Once this is blended add in half the shallots chopped tomatoes and blend togather.
