Mutton curry to end the extra weekend. Just moved into a new house for two weeks now. Hubs away and on duty for his second week at work. I usually don’t do much hassle in the kitchen when I’m all by myself. However, today i did pressure-cooked this mutton curry. Waited for it to get tender for quite a bit and wallah! Good job mommy! Just don’t do this much often or you’ll gain couple of inches by the end of the year. It’s so so good to pair it with white rice. Or paratha, or bread!
This mutton curry dish is scrumptious, deep in flavours and very appetizing. It is easy to prepare using simple ingredients and steps. Enjoy it with some rice, flatbread or any types of bread.
