- 1⁄4 tsp
- turmeric powder
- 1⁄4 tsp
- coriander powder
- 1⁄4 tsp
- chilli powder
- 2 tbsp
- unsalted butter
Steps to Prepare
Step 1 of 4
- 3 egg(s)
First, boil the eggs to a hard-boiled level. Mashup and keep aside.
Step 2 of 4
- 8 toast bread
Take fresh store-bought bread. Slice off the edges, and keep aside.
Step 3 of 4
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 1⁄4 tsp ginger
- 1 onion
- 1⁄4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1⁄4 tsp coriander powder
- 1⁄4 tsp chilli powder
Next, heat a little oil in a frying pan, Then add in the finely chopped onions, minced ginger, minced garlic and spice powders (turmeric, coriander, chilli). Saute until the raw smell disappears. Mix this to the mashed eggs.
Step 4 of 4
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Butter up a slice of bread. Fill it with the egg filling and top it up with another buttered bread slice. This is a very easy recipe that would make your breakfast extra wholesome!
