I love to cook. My son too loves to cook nonya food. He specialty is Assam Pedas, chicken Curry and Mee Siam. While for me I have cooked Babi Chin, Chap Chye, Lontong, Ayam Buah Keluak and others

Sambal with sotong and petai
Had left over sambal in the fridge. So decided to use so that I have sambal for my nasi lemak.
Can’t remember when was the last time I cook Babi Pongteh. Manage to get Iberico Secreto. Which the fat are blend in the meat. As such the meat is very juicy.
