Mini Mooncake. I need to spray slightly more water before baking as it might have cracks.

I changed abit for the glutinous rice. Soaked 40% with blue butterfly pea flower for the blue colour.
Success!! 👍🏻My mum tasted said that the taste is just nice alike what she bought normally (For mi, it’s abit too sweet 😝)
