Bak Kwa V2.0 - even thickness and no charred edges!! 1 lot thin (2mm), 1 lot medium (2.5mm) and 1 lot 3mm thick.
Stainless steel frame for shaping bak kwa - I'm better with a plasma cutter than a rolling pin!
